Matt’s Party is taking place on Saturday, Feb.  20th, 2010.  After a ceremony and dinner at the St. Louis Park Rec Center, MSPDJs will take over from approximately 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm with music, games, activities, and prizes.

You have chosen to order prizes yourself, but as previously discussed, you have asked us to order 90 wristbands with the event name, and our name debossed for the best price we could find.

Wrist Bands:

• Status: In Transit - [Ordered & Shipped to MSPDJs, not yet Received]
• We will bring them to the event. You can chose to pass them out as gifts at the end of the party, put them on the table, or have us give them out as prizes
• Cost: $98 – To be reimbursed at Bat Mitzvah
• Quantity: 100 wrist bands (Price for 90 of the same bands was $131)

Before ordering, you will receive a confirmation from us including a picture (above), and price. At that point, you can still change the order, cancel, or accept. Orders must be place 12 days prior to the event.

To Do:

• MSPDJ Event Survey – We have not received your event survey. If time permits, please take our online survey
• Meeting and venue walk-through at the SLP Rec Center on January 21st as previously discussed by phone
• Slideshow - You expressed interest in purchasing our Slideshow package. Since pictures must be provided at least 5 days prior to the event, we ask that you inform us of your decision by Feb. 15th. Here is an example of a slideshow from a past event. Pictures in this slideshow are from the MSPDJ-ran event itself, as opposed to pictures of Matt’s childhood that would be included in the slideshow made for this event. You are welcome to provide us with a number of songs and messages that you would like played and displayed during the slideshow. Example:

• 1 Table (the same ones the buffet will be setup on)
• Outlets – Previously discussed. We will have enough, and will supply our own extension cords and power strips

Since MSPDJs purchased the Numark Total Control system with Cue software, Cory has spent his time mastering this great new system and preparing for upcoming events.
